The absence of additional intermediaries when concluding a contract will allow us to obtain the most favorable prices and provide the military with more transport,&#8221; noted Marina Bezrukova, Director of the Defense Procurement Agency.<\/p><p>The Agency has already developed proposals for changes in legislation, allowing the purchase of pickups and other goods necessary for the needs of the Armed Forces without excise tax, duties, and VAT.
